Kinco High Voltage SMS Series Multi-turn absolute value encoder Motor Discontinuation Notice

Dear customers.

We really appreciate your continuous attention and support to Kinco servo products. We are very sorry to inform you that due to the serious shortage of chips, multi-turn absolute encoders from Nikon cannot be provided normally.The delivery time of servo motors using Nikon Multi-turn absolute encoders cannot be guaranteed, we have to inform you that the production of high voltage SMS series motor with Nikon Multi-turn absolute is stopped from April 02, 2022.Other than that, Kinco stopped providing SMS motors from April 02, 2022.In order to satisfy our customer’s demand better, Kinco have developed new multi-turn absolute motor with new absolute encoder.

 Kindly note: 1. We are sorry that the change encoder of motor brings inconvenience for you. If you want more information about this discontinuation notice, please contact with Kinco;

2、New alternative motors are available and can accept orders;  

3、Kinco promises to continue to provide maintenance services for the discontinued products.
