Notice on production suspension and upgrading of Kinco HMI MT5000 series and other models

Dear Kinco customers:

Thank you for your long-term support to Kinco ! In order to meet the increasing needs of users, our Future Series products have been put on the market in batches. At the same time, in order to continue to provide users with high-quality products and services, after the company's research and decision, it is planned to stop the production of MT5000 series models. We will continue to work hard to integrate product lines and enhance production capacity to meet user needs.

The models and alternative products to be discontinued are as follows:

The products listed above will stop receiving orders on June 1, 2020, and will be officially shut down on September 1.

If you have any questions about the suspension of production in this notice, please contact our sales personnel or distributors. If it is inconvenient to stop production, please understand. Thank you for your understanding and long-term use of this product.

Note:

1. The installation size of the above upgrade alternative model is exactly the same as that of the corresponding old model.

2. If your project still needs to use these products, we suggest you reserve them in advance to avoid unnecessary problems for the project.

3. We promise to guarantee HMI products for half a year, 18 months warranty and full life maintenance. But beyond the warranty period, it is impossible to purchase Yuanqi

Please understand that the spare parts cannot be repaired.
