Notice on shutdown and upgrading of some MT4000 series HMI models such as MT4434T

Dear Kinco customers:

Thank you for your long support to Kinco Kinco! In order to meet the increasing demand of users, we are developing new products of MT4000 series HMI. At the same time, in order to provide users with high-quality products and services, after the company's research and decision, we plan to stop the production of some MT4000 series HMI models. We will continue to work hard to integrate product lines and enhance production capacity to meet user needs.

The models and alternative HMI products planned to be discontinued are as follows:

HMI products of the models listed above will stop receiving orders on June 1, 2020, and will be officially shut down on September 1.

If you have any questions about the suspension of production in this notice, please contact our sales personnel or distributors. If it is inconvenient to stop production, please understand. Thank you for your understanding, and also for your long-term use of Kinco mobile HMI.

Note:

1. The Green series touch screen HMI has been launched on January 19, 2018. At present, all models have been stably used in large quantities on the market.

2. The installation size of the above upgrade replacement HMI model is the same as that of the corresponding old model (except GH150E).

3. If your project still needs to use these HMI products, we suggest you reserve them in advance to avoid unnecessary problems for the project.

4. We promise that Kinco Buke HMI products will be guaranteed for half a year, 18 months warranty and full life maintenance. However, please understand that the parts and components that cannot be purchased outside the warranty period cannot be repaired.
